JACK RILEY

ABOUT ME
My name is Jack Riley. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, athlete, and founder of Lax & Puck.
I created Lax & Puck to help athletes and families navigate hockey, lacrosse, health, and performance with more clarity and less guesswork.
Through years of experience in sports, training, recovery, and athlete development, my goal is to help people build themselves the right way — physically, mentally, and strategically.
Everything I create is built around that mission.
